Returns
We offer free returns on orders for up to 90 days after purchase.
Never hesitate to contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Some things to keep in mind:
We don't accept returns of products that have been opened, or that have any label / capsule / stelvin closure damage.
We don't accept returns on products specially ordered.
We don't accept returns on gifts or Shipping hold orders.
If it's been more than 90 days since your order we are unable to accept a return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we think the policy is being taken advantage of unfairly.
My product is faulty.
If you believe a wine we have sent you is faulty please send us an email via the contact us page and we will find a resolution for you.
How do I return my order?
Contact us and provide your order details. One of our friendly team will help organise everything.
When packing the return, please ensure the bottles are securely packed and insulated. Once received back into our warehouse, we will inspect the products and if appropriate process the refund to the original method of payment used.
