Pale straw in the glass, the nose is tightly coiled yet expressive: lime zest, lemon blossom, green apple and crushed quartz, with subtle talc and slate notes adding complexity. There’s a sense of tension and clarity rather than overt generosity.

The palate is razor-sharp and linear, driven by bright acidity and intense citrus flavour. Lime juice, grapefruit pith and green apple are layered over a chalky mineral spine that gives the wine impressive persistence.
