The 2021 St Hugo DR3 Cabernet Sauvignon is a premium expression of Barossa Cabernet, combining firm structure with concentrated dark fruit and a pronounced mineral core.
In the glass it shows deep ruby hues. Aromas of blackcurrant, cassis and blackberry are layered with cedar, tobacco, graphite and subtle savoury spice. The palate is firm yet refined, with bright acidity and polished tannins that carry rich dark fruit through a long finish.
